



The second ROLLERCOASTERRESTAURANT® "Schwerelos", opened in August 2010 in Hamburg. The Schwerelos & Zeitlos consists of a ROLLERCOASTERRESTAURANT® called "Schwerelos" and a lounge-bar called "Zeitlos“.
At Schwerelos, the meals and beverages are transported by HeineMack track system as in `s Baggers in Nuremberg. The kitchen in `s Baggers is located on the top floor, but at Schwerelos it is located downstairs. That’s why the Schwerelos has a special sending platform which is equipped with many lifts. Meals and beverages prepared in the kitchen downstairs are put into these lifts. The lifts transport the transport devices closely under the ceiling. Arrived at the top, the meals and beverages glide smoothly by many spirals and turns to the guests who welcome their meals delightedly.
The guests order by touch screen and the orders are saved on a RFID restaurant card.
The restaurant is located in Hamburg Harburg and has about 210 seats. ROLLERCOASTERRESTAURANT® is operated by Christian Steinbach in license. Christian Steinbach has created his own menu concept. The restaurant was already profitable three months after opening. Today, every seat in ROLLERCOASTERRESTAURANT® is used several times a day.
