KKiener Architecture runs bureaus in Raitersaich / Roßtal in the area of Fürth (Bavaria) and Bad Elster in Vogtland (Saxonia). Klaus Kiener works on regional, national and international projects with these two bureaus.
KKiener Architecture and the KKiener Planungsgruppe stand for development and accomplishment of eccentric and creative ideas. Quality has priority in each construction project since almost 30 years.
Among architecture, general planning and energy advisory, Kkiener are also experts in terms of construction supervision and planning, systems engineering, bearing structure planning and civil engineering.
Large projects, such as the construction management of the Fürther Stadthalle including a restaurant, the stockpiling of the telecommunication tower of Nuremberg, the head construction management of the penitentiary in Gräfentonne as well as the conceptional design of the university medical centre Spiru Haret in Bukarest, were handled carefully and efficient, as well as small and large remedial actions, schools, industrial, commercial and public constructions.
Among the large spectrum of different projects, gastronomical projects also belong to Kkieners preferred construction projects. KKiener was responsible for many gastronomical businesses in this region, for example the restaurant „Schwarzer Adler“ in Kraftshoft (Nuremberg), the restaurant in the Stadthalle Fürth, the gastronomy in the Reichswaldhalle in Feucht or the restaurant in the Kurhotel Staffelstein as well as for numerous enlargements and equipment projects.
Klaus Kiener and his workforce participated in developing of the HeineMack restaurant systems in great measure and they did the planning work and brought the know-how for the structural design.
Klaus Kiener is prepared to supervise all projects belonging to the HeineMack license business.
Kkiener also planned and equipped the restaurant Schwerelos & Zeitlos from a licensee in Hamburg and the restaurant FoodLoop at EUROPA-PARK as well as a standard restaurant built in a green area, which easily can be implemented by a licensee.
